Associate Project Coordinator

About the role
A six month fixed-term contract supporting the coordination of product development projects inside the Warhammer Design Studio operations team, based full time at the Games Workshop UK headquarters in Nottingham. You will help keep studio plans and schedules accurate so creative teams deliver on time.
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of studio projects and help maintain accurate, realistic plans and schedules.
- Communicate key dates and keep project management systems up to date through product development.
- Prepare timely KPI and capacity reports for studio teams.
- Gather information, flag risks early and coordinate across multiple studio teams.
Essential requirements
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable coordinating across teams both in writing and in person
- Able to work in a fast-paced studio where priorities change quickly
Nice to have
- Experience producing capacity or KPI reports
- Familiarity with project management or tracking systems
