Graduate Leadership Program (Creative)
About the role
PMG's Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) is a full-time, early career programme designed for recent graduates, with creative tracks available including Junior Art Director, Junior Designer, Copywriter, Creative Motion Designer, Creative Technologist, and Creative Account Coordinator. The GLP is hosted across PMG's global offices in Dallas, London, and Brighton. New hires from all locations start together in Dallas for initial training, then Brighton team members return to continue their GLP work from the UK office. The programme runs for approximately 8 weeks each summer, after which participants are matched to a specific role and team based on their track, skills, and interests. Creative tracks focus on brand messaging, visual storytelling, creative ideation, and graphic design. Applications are now open.
Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training across media, creative, data, AI, and business strategy
- Work on real client projects across creative disciplines
- Develop skills in brand messaging, visual storytelling, and creative ideation
- Collaborate with teams across PMG's global offices
- Gain certifications from Google and Meta, and expertise with Alli, PMG's proprietary AI-enabled operating system
Requirements
- Recent graduate of a bachelor's or master's programme
- Curious, collaborative, and ready to take on real-world challenges
- Interest in creative-centric career opportunities including brand messaging, visual storytelling, creative ideation, and graphic design
- Willing to travel to Dallas for initial training period
