About the role
The BBC offers production apprenticeships at their MediaCityUK base in Salford, Manchester. Production schemes offer roles in TV, audio, and digital. Applications for September 2027 schemes will open in autumn 2026. The BBC apprenticeship programme provides hands-on training in production, content creation, and digital media, giving apprentices the opportunity to work on real BBC productions across TV, radio, and digital platforms. The BBC also offers a complete apprenticeship directory covering all roles from the 2026 intake, with schemes and levels changing each year.
