Production Coordinator

About the role
A six month fixed-term contract at the Brown Bag Films Dublin animation studio, driving on-time completion of asset production through TV production phases in liaison with the project team, the CG department and an overseas partner studio. Hybrid working, with a minimum of two days per week in the Dublin studio.
Responsibilities
- Assist with script breakdown and asset creation, ensuring completion for visual kick-off.
- Lead asset maintenance in the Shotgun tracking system and advise on schedule changes.
- Prepare and run dailies review sessions and track artist approvals and revision notes.
- Manage shipment of assets to the overseas partner studio and track overseas ticketing during animation.
- Produce weekly dashboard reporting for the client status report.
Essential requirements
- Previous production experience, ideally in an animation environment, most likely as a Production Assistant
- Good understanding of schedules, deadlines and project management techniques
- Experience of database work and maintaining tracking documents
- Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Practical use of Photoshop and Acrobat
- Right to work in Ireland for the duration of the contract
Nice to have
- Practical use of asset tracking software such as Autodesk Shotgun
