About the role

The Table is VCCP's paid entry-level, year-long scheme for anyone who wants to kickstart their career in advertising. Instead of a traditional grad scheme, The Table is open to everyone no matter who you are, what experience you have, or where you're from. No university degree is required to apply. VCCP is one of the UK's leading creative agencies, known for campaigns for brands including O2, Compare the Market, EasyJet, and Co-op. The scheme offers a year of hands-on experience across the agency, working on real campaigns for major brands. Applications for the 2027 intake are now open.
