About the role

A content creation role dedicated to Brighton & Hove Albion's women's team, based at the club's Lancing training ground. You will shoot, edit, present and publish content in real time, optimised for TikTok and Instagram, acting as the face and voice of the women's team channels on matchdays and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Shoot, edit, present and publish content for the women's team channels.
  • Create mobile-first content optimised for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Act as the face and voice of the women's team channels on matchdays and beyond.
  • Work solo on projects or integrate with the wider media team.

Essential requirements

  • Deep knowledge and passion for women's football and its fan culture
  • Confident, energetic and natural on-camera presence
  • Instinctive, creative storytelling with a feel for internet culture and trends
  • Comfortable running a project independently as well as collaborating
