Creative & Marketing Assistant
About the role
MAYA NORA is a London-based womenswear brand creating contemporary tailoring designed to be worn and kept. You will work closely with the founder across creative direction, storytelling and day-to-day marketing, taking real ownership of the brand's social, imagery, graphic design and written communication. This is a part-time role of approximately 10 to 15 hours per week, hybrid, initially three months with the potential to grow.
Responsibilities
- Plan, curate and schedule day-to-day social media activity across the brand's channels
- Create and edit visual assets in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
- Support email marketing, campaign launches and wider digital marketing activities
- Assist with content shoots, campaign preparation and creative production
- Manage influencer gifting, outreach and PR communication
Essential requirements
- Strong visual eye and instinct for aesthetics, storytelling and curation
- Good graphic design skills using InDesign and Photoshop
- Confident with Instagram, TikTok and content planning
- Highly organised, proactive and able to bring forward ideas
- A portfolio showing creative, design, content or social media work
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Shopify and email marketing platforms
- An understanding of brand positioning and growing an engaged online community
