About the role

Naked Wolfe is hiring a Junior Footwear Designer and Product Developer to work alongside its Creative Director in a central London studio, taking collections from sketch and CAD through to finished samples.

Responsibilities

  • Hand-sketch and CAD footwear designs with technical drawings and spec sheets
  • Build and update tech packs covering construction, materials and measurements
  • Research trends, competitors and the wider market
  • Run sample schedules with factories and sample rooms
  • Review samples, record comments and push corrections
  • Run fit sessions and log fit comments across the size run

Requirements

  • One to two years in footwear design or development, or a strong footwear-focused graduate portfolio
  • Confident freehand sketching and CAD, with Illustrator essential
  • Understanding of shoe construction, lasts, materials and components
  • Fluent in Pro-Create and Adobe
  • Highly organised with an obsessive eye for detail
