About the role

Barn is BBH's eight-month creative incubator programme for people starting out in advertising. It's not a school — it's a paid, hands-on creative course where you'll work on real briefs and learn from some of the best in the industry. To apply, you complete a set of creative briefs that test your thinking and originality. The 2026 Barn programme applications closed on 22nd May 2026, with the 8-month course starting on 28th September 2026.
