About the role
Leo's Futures is Leo Burnett's entry-level advertising programme designed to kickstart your career in advertising. You'll immerse yourself in all things Populist Creativity, completing 8 paid weeks of training. You'll rotate across all departments, learn from senior leaders and industry partners, and work on a live brief to put your skills to the test. At the end of your training, you'll have the opportunity to progress into a permanent role in Account Management. The 2026 cycle applications closed on 30th August 2026. The 2027 cycle is expected to open next year — check the Leo's Futures page for updates and application details when the next round opens.

Catalyst Academy (Entry-Level Graduate Programme)
The Catalyst Academy is VML's flagship 12-month entry-level programme designed to launch the next generation of talent across EMEA. VML is the world's largest creative company, formed from the unification of Wunderman Thompson and VMLY&R, with a global network of over 26,000 people across 55+ markets. The programme combines training modules with practical work experience across 5 departments: Data, Strategy, Experience (UX/UI/CX), Health, and Commerce. You'll work on real client briefs for brands like Coca-Cola, Unilever, Nestle, HSBC, IKEA, Ford, and New Balance. No degree or work experience is required.
