About the role

White Stuff is looking for a Junior Designer to support its womenswear denim and bottoms range, working with the senior designer on trends, shapes and print to deliver product that carries the brand handwriting.

Responsibilities

Design product that is relevant to the White Stuff brand DNA
Support the senior design team with seasonal trend boards and themes
Design into fashion must-haves under the Senior and Head of Design
Develop and identify new fabric bases with key suppliers
Create on brand design packs from sketch to ready-to-brief spec packs
Attend trade shows and sourcing trips with the senior team

Requirements

Previous experience as an assistant or junior designer for a retailer or supplier
Fully CAD literate in Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint
A good sense of shape and style
Relevant technical knowledge with some fabric and trim sourcing experience
Able to create factory ready print worksheets
