About the role

Mulberry is recruiting a Junior Ready-to-Wear Designer to work with the design team on the womens ready-to-wear collection, from research and design development through to technical accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Research seasonal inspiration, fabrics and trends for the RTW collection
  • Develop designs from initial concept through to technical packs
  • Support the wider design team with spec sheets and fit comments
  • Work with product development and factories on samples

Requirements

  • A design portfolio showing womenswear craft and technical understanding
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of garment construction and fit
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
