About the role

REISS is looking for a Visual Content Creator to ideate, shoot and edit social-first stills and video that bring campaigns, product universes and cultural moments to life. You will take content from concept through to final delivery, leading capture on set and shaping platform-specific formats for a London head office team. Practical experience can come from professional work, placements, freelance projects or your own portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Manage concept development, on-set delivery and post-production for social content across campaigns and shoots
  • Lead capture on set, pre-planning key moments, formats and shot requirements
  • Edit raw footage into polished social assets, cutdowns and platform-specific formats
  • Build reusable templates, use AI to support output and adjust colour grading where required
  • Bring social trends, platform updates and creator activity into content planning

Essential requirements

  • Practical experience creating and editing social-first video content, through work, placements, freelance projects or a personal portfolio
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
  • Confident shooting high-quality content independently on a phone
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, formats and what makes content engaging
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple deliverables

Nice to have

  • Experience in fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands
  • Photography, colour grading or reusable format development
  • Using AI tools to support creative workflows
