About the role
Penguin Michael Joseph, part of Penguin Random House UK, is seeking an Artworker to join their Creative team. You will work with one of the UK's largest publishers, helping to bring books and stories to life through creative design work. Penguin Random House is made up of some 2,000 people and publishes an incredible range of books from cookery to classics, history to horror. Collaboration, creativity, and entrepreneurship lie at the heart of what they do.
Responsibilities
- Support the Creative team in producing artwork for book covers and marketing materials
- Work closely with designers and editors to bring books to life
- Prepare and adapt artwork across print and digital formats
- Maintain design standards and brand consistency
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong attention to detail
- A passion for books and publishing
- Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team
