About the role
Deep Silver Dambuster Studios, a game development studio in the heart of Nottingham, is seeking a Junior User Researcher. Originally founded in 1999 as Free Radical Design, the studio is known for its passion, quality, and teamwork, embodied in a diverse and inclusive culture. The Junior User Researcher role involves working on game development projects, conducting user research to understand player experiences, testing game features, and providing insights to inform game design decisions. Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand player experiences and behaviours
- Test game features and provide actionable insights to game design teams
- Design and run playtesting sessions
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data from player sessions
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers to improve game quality
- Present findings and recommendations to the development team
Requirements
